What benefits will Portal Pusher give me?

Property information is entered once onto Portal Pusher. And that’s it!!

From then on every web portal, including web based media programs, will be automatically populated with the property’s data. This means property details, including photos, do not have to be entered again and again for every web based product you use, saving precious time and ensuring accurate information is displayed. Portal Pusher loads to all the major web based products in the country. It also loads directly to corporate and custom web sites.

Not only that, they can see and print the “hidden” detailed property information not available on the public web sites, including vendor details, lot details and all other information necessary to complete a deal or contract. How does Portal Pusher Work?

Each person wishing to use Portal Pusher is assigned their own username and password.  Once you have entered property information into Portal Pusher the data is then distributed to the various real estate portals and websites simultaneously.

I've already got my own web site. How will Portal Pusher push listings to it?

No problem. When you sign up just tick the web sites you use. We already synchronize to every major real estate portal and web site. If you also have your own web site we will send you detailed specifications so that your web developer can make the necessary changes. These instructions include how your current web site can easily be modified to accept the Portal Pusher link.

What happens to the information I load? Can it be sold or distributed to other people?

All the information you load into Portal Pusher belongs solely to you. Portal Pusher is simply a product we provide to help you manage, sell and tenant more property. We will not make your property’s information available to any other parties, other than to those you tell us to load to. Your information can be exported out of Portal Pusher at any time and returned to you. This is outlined as part of the Terms and Conditions when you are signing up.
